Technology Control Plans (TCP) & Licenses
If the Export Control Regulations apply to an MSU sponsored research project, the purchase of export controlled technology, a Nondisclosure Agreement or a Material Transfer Agreement, then the Principal Investigator must work with MSU’s Office of Export Control & Trade Sanctions (ECTS) to appropriately manage the project.
